🌎 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)

All Canadian provinces and territories

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Made-to-order products (e.g. saunas, cold plunges, heaters) may require additional processing time, depending on manufacturing and logistics.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second one with tracking details when your order ships.

📦 Tracking Your Shipment

All orders receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

For freight or oversize shipments, a delivery appointment may be arranged with the carrier.

🧾 Duties & Customs (Canada)

All Canadian shipments are delivered DDP (Duties & Taxes Paid) when applicable.

There are no additional fees to pay at delivery unless otherwise stated.

We work with licensed customs brokers to ensure seamless cross-border logistics. In rare cases, delays may occur at customs — this is out of our control but we will keep you updated proactively.

🛠️ Freight & Curbside Delivery

Large items (e.g. saunas, tubs, heaters) are shipped via freight carriers.

Unless otherwise specified:

Delivery is curbside only

You must be present to receive and inspect your order

If visible damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours

If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information or absence at time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
