Inspect Upon Delivery — This Is Critical
All saunas and large wellness products are shipped via freight carrier. You must inspect your order at the time of delivery, before signing the carrier's receipt.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and photograph everything immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at mathieu@mbsovereigngroup.com with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
Do not refuse the delivery without contacting us first.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer or carrier to make it right — replacement parts, full replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by MB Sovereign Group are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized distributor, we facilitate warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Returns
Due to the nature of large outdoor wellness products (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges), returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mathieu@mbsovereigngroup.com.
Eligible returns must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs for large freight items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage or a defect.
Accessories & Small Items
Accessories and small items may be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: custom or made-to-order products, gift cards, final sale items.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and the item received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
